Fire & Smoke Cleanup

Smoke travels further than the fire did

Even a contained kitchen fire leaves soot in ductwork, cabinets, and fabrics two rooms away. We clean the residue, neutralize the odor, and rebuild what the fire and the fire department had to take out.

Secure the structure

Board-up, tarping, and shutting the home down comes first so weather and access don't add a second loss on top of the fire.

Suppression water is its own emergency

Firefighting water soaks framing, insulation, and floors. We extract and dry at the same time we begin soot removal, which prevents mold from following the fire.

Residue and odor

Different fires leave different residues, and each one takes a different cleaning method. We clean surfaces properly and treat the air and porous materials so the smell doesn't return in a month.

Rebuild to match

Cabinets, drywall, trim, paint, and flooring rebuilt by the same team — finished so the repair isn't the first thing you notice in the room.
