Water Damage Mitigation

Water spreads by the hour. We move faster.

Burst supply lines, slab leaks, failed water heaters, roof intrusion, or an overflow upstairs — we extract, dry, and document, then rebuild whatever had to come out.

Extraction and stabilization

First we stop the source and remove standing water. Then we pull moisture out of subfloor, framing, drywall, and cabinet bases — the places water hides after the surface looks dry. Cabinets and flooring often get saved when we reach them in the first 24 hours.

Structural drying done to a standard

Equipment placement is calculated for the affected volume, not guessed. We take moisture readings every day and keep drying until the materials reach dry standard, then show you the readings that prove it.

Protecting what's in the home

Furniture, rugs, and belongings get blocked, covered, or packed out and inventoried. Nothing gets thrown away without documentation.

Insurance handled

We photograph and log everything from the first hour and communicate directly with your adjuster. We only perform work in the approved scope, so on approved claims your deductible is normally your only cost.
